About Us

MB Bride & Special Occasion is PA's largest family owned bridal and formalwear store.

In just 17 years, MB Bride has grown into one of the highest volume stores in the nation by delivering honesty and quality to our customers. We started in 1991 with just three people and 2,000 square feet and now have a store that is just about 8 times as large and employees around 50.

We take great pride in our customer service. In 2005, after moving into our 15,600 square foot building, we set out to have a selection of dresses that we could take equal pride in.

We now have over 520 different styles of wedding dresses in our store, as well as a whopping 1,500+ different bridesmaids styles -- more maids than anyone we know of in the entire country. We also carry hundreds of mothers and flower girl dresses. Our prom selection is tremendous now that we have opened a separate "store within a store" just for prom and homecoming/winter formals.

That means we carry between 5-12 times the selection as even the largest bridal chain stores. It also means that we get people from quite a distance to travel to see us.

As we say, "come for our selection, buy for our reputation."
